Mold Flow Analysis

Mold flow analysis is a combination of theory-based analysis software packages, material properties, mold design, injection molding and other practical experience, that perform the finite element analysis and simulation of injection molding filling, packing, cooling, and warpage during or after the injection process. The analysis provides the physical characteristics data (such as pressure, temperature, shear stress, etc).

Through the interpretation of results of the physical characteristics, we can analyze in advance regarding the product design or mold design for improvement or corrections before the mold is made. This will reduce the risk of product development failure.
